Stephen Sprouse is a famed fashion designer and artist. Even though he died in 2004 he's still relevant. His work defined the 1980s with its vibrant, bursting colors. He was said to have 'pioneered the merging of downtown streetwear with uptown high fashion' as stated on We Love Stephen Sprouse. Marc Jacobs was a fan of his work and they worked together for Louis Vuitton's Spring and Summer 2001 collection. Their Graffiti bag, featured below, sold out and became a collector's item.

This year, Marc Jacobs has been working to showcase the work of the late Stephen Sprouse in a new collection. There is also a book on Stephen and his work. Many celebs have been seen wearing the graffiti bag such as Kim Kardashian, Agyness Deyn, Paris Hilton, Khloe Kardashian and Madonna. There is also a line of leggings with the same design by Louis Vuitton. The Keepall 50 runs for $1,610 and the Speedy 30 runs for $1,180 and they come in lots of bright colors such as lime green, orange and pink.

After seeing Nina Sky members, Nicole and Natalie's pictures from the G-Shock party, I knew I had to make a post about them. I've recently developed a love for this group because of their style and their song on some bullshit. Natalie did a collabo tee with MadeMe for their Holiday '08 collection. The shirt is titled **Na Sky and it featured the MadeMe logo altered into music notes.

They also are featured in the MadeMe lookbook wearing the Leather Motorcycle Jacket and Leather Bomber Jacket. Here's more pictures of them wearing some of my favorite outfits featuring MadeMe, Hellz Bellz and Married to the Mob .

Everyone has been getting on Cassie lately because of her choice in hairstyles but OMG I COULDN'T LOVE THIS GIRL ANY MORE THAN I DO NOW ! I've always liked her since her debut single 'Me & You' and seeing her wear the patent leather black and metallic gold Jordan 1's in her video and it seems like she just gets better and better to me. Her cutting her hair caused a bunch of buzz and of course, there were alot of people who didn't like it and thought she was crazy. But when other celebs followed behind her, people liked theirs. Uh, bandwagon ? Her recent hairstyle, pictured above, was for the Dimepiece Designs lookbook and I actually like the look as I did when she first cut her hair. No, she wasn't one of the first to do it since Kelis and Melody Ehsani did it a while back, but hers is one of my favorites. Her overall style is great to me. Damn, she's bad.

Okay, every year when you go to school alot of the times in the first week, your teachers ask you stuff about you like what are your hobbies, your future job, etc. Of course, my answer was always something involving me and wanting to be a fashion designer. I would cringe every time some girl would say 'Oh I want to be a fashion designer.' I would look at the girl and just shake my head. It seems as the years go on, more and more people answer their teacher with wanting to be a fashion designer. NOT EVERYONE CAN BE A DESIGNER whether it be fashion, interior, whatever. You have to be at least somewhat creative and innovative and half the people who expressed they wanted to go into fashion had no creativity at all ; they just followed everyone else. Like come on, who wants to buy reruns of Baby Phat when most of its clothes are already ugly ?! Now some people, rarely, that wanted to be in fashion actually could do it but others were just reaching. Thinking you're 'fly' or whatever doesn't mean you can go into that industry, its not that easy. I recently did a few sketches, nothing big this time .

No patterns, coloring, shading, etc. I was pretty lazy. The writing on the side just describes the outfit in color, fabric and everything else. More to come .

Comme des Garcons has emerged into the limelight of the fashion scene recently even though it was started back in 1969 by Rei Kawakubo. But ever since its collabo with H&M in Fall 2008, it has received much more attention. But that wasn't the only collabo Kawakubo took on. Nike, Levi's Chrome Hearts, Louis Vuitton, Lacoste and many more have also worked with this brand on different projects. Rei, the creator, has established more than 100 shops for her line which means 'like some boys' in French. Stars such as Katie Holmes, Samantha Ronsen, Kanye West and of course, Drake who shouted out the featured black cardigan in his song 'Congratulations, have been seen wearing this line. Not only has Rei taken on clothing but she has also created a line of unisex perfumes.

One of the most familiar parts of this line is the PLAY collection which has been seen in alot of media with the familiar heart logo. They run for more than just a regular tee but with such a nice design, people are sure to spend their money's worth on this line.
